According to Wang Weihei, Plant Manager at Huaye, hydraulic parts are being used in explosion prevention systems of mining machines as well as in machine tool construction, like the CNC turning machines. Wang Weihei says: “There is a lot of competition in the area of simple, hydraulic parts. That is why we are looking more and more towards high-end products”. Huaye would like to increase the distance from competition. The area manager highlights two challenges: on one level we have to adjust our production to the highest precision, on the other level we have to improve our pro-duction efficiency. “The demands of geometrical tolerances for construction parts produced by Huaye are extremely high. We often work in the μ-area while also having to produce approximately 5 million parts each month.”
